Hiring Sales Support Executive -Mumbai

Budget - 4L

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Building rapport with the international customer and providing information about company.
- Understanding customer’s requirements.
- Creation and maintenance of Customer Master Data on CRM/ SAP
- Handling and dealing with customer inquiries.
- Creating quotation/ Proforma Invoice on SAP
- Sales Order processing on SAP.
- Timely order processing with accuracy.
- Tracking open sales orders regularly.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales-support when requested.
- Regular debt collection follows up.
- Interact with warehouse for Batch confirmation and Picking & PGI coordination
- Customer follows up until end of order completion.
- Co-ordinating with the internal department to fulfil customers queries (Technical/quality/Regulatory/Production/Logistic Dept).
- Follow up with the customers (Existing/prospective) for new orders.
- Creating new project against customer demands on SAP.
- Attention to details to manage sales order processing.
- Preparation of various reports such as Daily pending order file, Debtors reports, Consignment stock report, Commission report etc..

**Technical Capabilities required**:

- Fluent Communication Skills
- SAP Software knowledge
- Time management

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales support: 1 year (preferred)
- creating invoices, quotations: 2 years (preferred)
- working on SAP: 2 years (preferred)
- manage sales order processing: 2 years (preferred)
