**Job Summary**:
The **Sales Support Executive** will play a key role in assisting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, customer communication, and order processing. This role ensures smooth sales operations and helps achieve overall business objectives by providing efficient support and maintaining client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- **Sales Coordination**: Support the sales team in managing client inquiries, preparing quotes, and proposals for HVAC products and services.
- Assist in managing and coordinating sales activities, ensuring timely communication with clients and stakeholder
- **Order Management**:Process and monitor orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments like logistics, inventory, and finance to fulfill customer requirements.
- **Client Communication**: Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers for updates, queries, and issue resolution.
- Provide product or service-related information and address any customer concerns professionally.
- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Maintain and organize accurate sales records and reports.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate sales reports, forecasts, and other analytics to support decision-making.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Ensure accurate recording of sales activities, interactions, and follow-ups.
- **Support Marketing Efforts**:Assist in executing promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide sales-related insights and feedback.
- **After-Sales Support**:Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues promptly.
- Address customer complaints or returns in coordination with relevant teams.

**Requirements:

- **
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- **Experience**:1-3 years of experience in a Sales Support or Sales Coordinator role, preferably in the HVAC or technical services industry.
- Any Sales or Telesales experience are workable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
