**Job Title**:Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 0-1 Years
**Qualification**: Any Graduate or Diploma Holder

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential clients or leads to promote the company’s products or services.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with relevant information.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Identify prospects and gather relevant information to qualify leads.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up with them regularly to increase conversion rates.
- Educate customers about products/services and any special offers or promotions.
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships.
- Provide personalized service and keep track of customer preferences and needs.
- Record accurate customer details and interaction histories in the CRM system.
- Update databases with customer feedback and follow-up actions.
- Monitor and track your progress toward achieving individual and team goals.
- Follow up with prospects or customers who expressed interest in products or services but haven’t completed the purchase yet.
- Report daily or weekly progress to supervisors regarding call volumes, conversions, and customer feedback.
- Ensure all interactions with customers are conducted in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
- Handle customer objections and rejections with patience and tact.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
