Gravity Bathware Pvt Ltd is hiring an After-Sales Support Executive to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing after-sales service operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries related to product usage, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with service teams and dealers for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Provide guidance on product care and maintenance.
- Oversee field technicians and spare parts management.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate (Technical background preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in after-sales support or customer service.
- Strong communication skills (Fluent in Hindi & English).
- Basic knowledge of bath fittings and sanitaryware/ Bath Fittings, Service Industry is a plus.
