**Job Description: Customer Support Executive**

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handle 20-30 patient calls daily
- Book online appointments for patients
- No call targets
- No product selling or marketing through calls

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 12th Pass/Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge

**Supplemental Pay**:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
