**Working Days: 6 Days. (Mon - Sat)**
**Shift : Day Shift**
**NOTE: FOR ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES**

**Job Summary**:
**Your role would be**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in **Hindi**.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments.
- Adhere to company policies and service level standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Language**: Must be fluent in **Hindi** (speaking and understanding).
- **Qualification**: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in a BPO / Customer Service / Call Centre role (Freshers are welcome).
- **Good listening and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Basic computer knowledge** and familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in Hindi voice process or customer-facing roles.
- Multilingual ability (Tamil / English) is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric approach.

**Salary**:
Fixed as per mentioned in the JOB POSTING

**Working Days & Timings**:
6 days a week | Day shift.
