**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) domain.
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote MICE services.
- **Leverage your existing clientele to generate business opportunities for the company.**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and other partners.
- **Client Management**:

- Understand client requirements and create tailored proposals and event solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of events.
- Provide creative input to enhance event concepts and experiences.
- Oversee logístical and operational aspects of MICE events to ensure high-quality delivery.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the MICE industry.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare periodic sales and performance reports for management review.
- **Business Growth**:

- **Actively bring in new business by identifying leads, leveraging networks, and converting opportunities into successful deals.**:

- **Build long-term partnerships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.**:

- **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to create compelling presentations and materials.
- Train and mentor junior team members in MICE sales and BD processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MICE sales, business development, or event management (2-5 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with an **existing clientele base**.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
