We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing B2B and Corporate Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, generating new business, and exceeding sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
❖ Be the primary point of contact for all travel agents and corporate clients, providing both pre
- and post-sales support.
❖ Drive revenue generation through new client acquisition and relationship management with existing clients.
❖ Build and manage a team of sales representatives, focusing on conversion and new agent/corporate acquisition.
❖ Provide exceptional service to new and existing travel agents and corporate clients.
❖ Conduct training sessions for travel agents and administrative staff.
❖ Maintain strong relationships with existing travel agents and corporate clients.
❖ Manage client credit limits and ensure timely invoice payments.
**Qualifications**
❖ 6-7 years of experience in **travel sales.**
❖ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
❖ Proven ability to sell and achieve targets.
❖ Cold calling experience is a must; inside sales experience preferred.
❖ Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to present effective solutions.
❖ Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
❖ Ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
❖ Prior B2B sales experience in the travel industry is a plus.
❖ Experience selling to travel agents and corporate clients is preferred.
❖ Understanding of the local market.
❖ Self-motivated and target oriented.
