Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Reservation Specialist &Salesperson to join our team. You will play a crucial role in exceeding sales targetsand revenue goals by generating new business opportunities, managing clientrelationships, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our corporate clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales & Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential B2B clients, including corporate travel departments, travel management companies (TMCs), and other organizations.
oDevelop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within clientorganizations.oProactively promote our comprehensive travel solutions (corporate travel programs,group tours, MICE, etc.) tailored to B2B needs.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations highlighting the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Reservation Management:
- Process and manage corporate travel bookings efficiently and accurately (flights, hotels, transportation, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution oftravel arrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, handling inquiries, changes, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of assigned corporate clients.
- Analyze client needs and preferences to propose customized travel solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
- Identify and upsell additional travel services to existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of the B2B travel market and corporate travel needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a CRM (Customer Relationship Management)software is a plus.
- Experience with travel booking systems (GDS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
