To expand our digital presence, we are seeking a **Social Media Marketing Manager** who can strategically manage online branding, run influencer collaborations, and engage audiences effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Identify, approach, and collaborate with **influencers, bloggers, and content creators** relevant to travel, lifestyle, and forex sectors.
- Negotiate contracts, campaign deliverables, and timelines with influencers.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee content creation (posts, reels, videos, stories, blogs).
- Manage paid social media campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Track campaign performance and provide ROI analysis and influencer impact reports.
- Work closely with the creative and sales teams to align influencer campaigns with company goals.
- Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Handle online reputation management and respond to audience queries/comments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in **social media marketing and influencer management**.
- Strong network/understanding of influencer marketing in travel, lifestyle, or hospitality domain preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign results.
- Creative mindset with knowledge of trending content formats.
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite.

**Salary Range**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
