**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute **digital marketing campaigns** across Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.
- Create attractive **banners, posters, stories, and PPT presentations** using Canva, PowerPoint, etc.
- Coordinate with **social media influencers and bloggers** for promotions and collaborations.
- Utilize **AI tools** (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, etc.) to generate creative content.
- Boost and manage **social media engagement and growth** across all platforms.
- Act as the **Public Relations (PR) representative** for the company - build brand image and communication.
- Write engaging content for posts, reels, ads, and press releases.
- Stay updated with current trends, hashtags, and digital strategies.
- Work closely with the management team for marketing ideas and festival campaigns.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Canva / Photoshop / Video Editing (basic)
- AI Tools for marketing content (ChatGPT, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Influencer coordination
- Content writing
- Presentation & branding skills

**Qualifications**:

- MBA in Marketing / Mass Communication / Media / PR
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or branding
- Strong portfolio or social media samples preferred
