**Location**:Remote
**Summary**
Coordinate with customers who do large commercial projects to ensure we can get products to them on time, so they can complete the job before the deadline. This requires working directly with our customers, employees, and vendors to coordinate our customers' orders after they win a commercial bid. Strong communication, networking, and teamwork are needed to support our customers and our branches to efficiently get products to customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Convert estimators quotes to sales orders once we have received a PO from the customer.
- Review the PO to ensure costs are accurate.
- Review the PO for products we quoted they did not include on their PO. Work with our estimator to see if we can requote the items not on the PO.
- Coordinate getting the submittal package to the customer. Work with the credit department to ensure the customer's credit limit will support the sale or get "job accounts
- " set up when applicable. Work with purchasing to get PO
- 's into vendors timely and mange the documentation when we have special pricing from a vendor.
- Ensure the customer signs the specifications documents from the vendor timely so the vendor can get the products to us on time.
- The key contact for customers when they need changes or check status of when products will be ready.
- Work with estimators to get customers additional quotes when new products are needed to the job.
- Work with the projects local branches to coordinate when the customer will need some of the products staged at their branch. This will also require coordinate when the customer will be picking up the products or when they will be delivered to the job site.
- Coordinate getting closeout packages to the customer.
- Once the project is complete let the Lincoln team or local BDR so they can continue to sell products to the aquatic facility.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- College degree is preferred or at least three years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of Prelude is desired or ability to readily adapt to system is required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
