Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate to support our sales operations and act as a bridge between the sales team, distributors, and management. The role involves order coordination, data management, and ensuring smooth implementation of sales strategies and promotional schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales officers, distributors, and management for timely order processing and deliveries.
  • Assist in implementing sales schemes, offers, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and performance trackers.
  • Monitor sales targets and provide updates on achievements vs. goals.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between field sales teams and the management.
  • Support HR/sales team in attendance, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.
