  • Relationship building: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Reporting and analysis: Track sales activities, maintain accurate client records, and provide reports on market insights, customer needs, and competitor activities.
