**Relationship Managers (Life ) What is the purpose of the role -**
- Meet potential POSP insurance agents in respective geographical assignments.
- Service the Existing POS to drive sales growth.
- Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution and coordinate with the Operations HO Team for the smooth execution of the sales process
- Create offline training and servicing processes for the POSP insurance agents.
- Should know local agent network.
- Achieve Monthly Sales Target Numbers.
- A Highly Motivated Individual should be able to drive Chanel with ownership.
- Traveling can be frequent.
- Managing relationships with customers.
- Identifying and communicating customer needs.x
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
- Insurance Background Having hands-on experience in the agency vertical in a General Insurance Company or an Insurance Brokerage Firm.
- Graduation degree in any stream and have strong communication skills.
- Some awareness of Motor & General Insurance and have the zeal to be a Pro in Sales.
- Experience from 1 year to 3 years.
- Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard.
- Proficiency and fluency in English, Hindi, and any other local language are preferable**.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
