  • Deal with the HNI client that is the ( High profile clients) & has

to sell ULIP product.

- Recruit and train distributors.

  • Organize and run recruitment events for distributors

  • Continuous training and motivating the team to drive ULIP business.

  • Attend joint field work and help the distributors whenever needed.
