Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Relationship Manager to Sales Manager in the Loyalty and Direct Channel at HDFC Life. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, fostering customer loyalty, and driving sales. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, providing customized insurance solutions, achieving sales targets, and maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer relationship management and sales
- Strong understanding of insurance products, including protection, pension, savings, investment, and health plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in local language(s) and basic computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
