Role Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Home Scan Team. You'll visit customers' homes, conduct smile scans, explain the aligner process, and help convert consultations into sales. This role is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with people, working on the field, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers' homes for smile consultation and scanning using 3D scanning devices.

Explain the aligner treatment process, pricing, and benefits to customers.

Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.

Coordinate with the central operations and sales teams for scheduling and follow-ups.

Ensure an excellent customer experience during every home visit.

Maintain consultation data accurately in the CRM.

Handle field travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements

Education: Graduate in any field (Science/Commerce preferred).

Experience: 1–3 years in B2C sales / field sales / home demos / health-tech / FMCG / insurance.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Comfortable with field travel and customer interaction.

Basic tech proficiency (CRM apps, scanning tools, etc.).

CTC Range: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA + Incentives
