A customer-care executive in the healthcare sector is a professional who aids in developing and maintaining solid Patient-Doctor relationships.

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with doctors and administration in building rapport with patients. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Understanding patient ‘s needs and develop plans to address them
- Educate and inform patients about the clinic philosophy of holistic care
- Work with internal department to ensure center meets patients expectations
- Resolve patient complaints quickly and effectively
- Aim to preserve patient’s and renew subscriptions
- Approach potential patient to establish relationships

**Skills**
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Problem solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Patient centered mindset

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Meerut City, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
