Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer relationships, analyzing data, and developing strategies to improve customer loyalty.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing CRM project management, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring that interactions are data-driven and contribute to the company's overall customer retention and satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships through data analysis and segmentation
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention
  • Oversee CRM project management, including planning, execution, and oversight
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement effective solutions
  • Ensure that interactions are data-driven and align with company goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in data analysis
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with sales teams
  • Experience in market segmentation and customer relationship management
  • Project Management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee CRM projects
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with CRM software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
