Job Title: Strategic Leader

A key member of the International Business Division Team, responsible for working with Senior Account Directors to serve as a liaison between clients, focusing on team revenue and high levels of client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project execution responsibilities, including developing an in-depth understanding of client research needs.
  • Develop and localize research instruments such as screener, discussion guide, research stimulus materials, and secondary market information to support project objectives.
  • Train data collection teams and conduct qualitative research methods such as In-depth Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, Ethnographies etc.
  • Monitor data collection at micro-level, ensuring quality controls and providing timely solutions to data collection teams.
  • Perform qualitative data analysis and report insights to clients.
Client Servicing:
  • Manage all communication with clients effectively.
  • Work closely with clients throughout the project life cycle, providing relevant market information to ensure their comfort with local markets.
  • Proactively discuss issues and provide actionable solutions to clients.
  • Participate in client visits, ensuring a smooth experience.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Good inter-team management skills.
  • Expertise in deriving qualitative insights and constructing research reports for clients.
  • Will to travel across India for project management and client visits.
  • Experience in servicing international clients is a plus.
