The job of a Mughlai chef typically includes the following responsibilities:

- Preparing a variety of traditional Mughlai dishes, such as biryani, kebabs, and curries Etc.
- Using a combination of traditional cooking techniques and modern methods to create new and innovative dishes
- Managing a kitchen staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
- Ordering and purchasing ingredients and equipment as needed
- Ensuring that all dishes are prepared to a high standard of quality and presentation
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and experimenting with new ingredients and techniques.

Mughlai Chef should have a deep understanding of the ingredients and methods used in Mughlai cooking. They should also have experience working in a professional kitchen and possess strong leadership, management, and communication skills. A culinary degree or relevant training is often required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
