**Job Title: Field Sales Executive**
**Location**: Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Thane.
**Experience Required**: 1 - 3 years in product sales (B2B/B2C)
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented **Field Sales Executive** with strong knowledge of **product selling**. The role involves identifying opportunities, meeting clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and on-field engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Meet clients/customers on the field to promote and sell company products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to drive sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide market insights and competitor feedback to the management team.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and timely follow-ups.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of proven experience in **product sales** (FMCG, consumer durables, electronics, or related industry).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain product features and close deals effectively.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and flexible to travel for field sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools for reporting.
