Heart It Out is a mental health and well-being initiative that is committed to making mental healthcare accessible to 1.5 billion people across India. Our therapeutic services, products, and events are carefully curated to cater to the community's mental health care needs and concerns.
- This role is open to Psychology Graduates and Masters degree holders who are passionate about making lives easier for those coping with mental health concerns.- We appreciate individuals who can take on initiative and responsibility-
- Being non-judgemental and professionalism are much appreciated.- We welcome openness to failure - for there is no better teacher- Be the first point of contact for people reaching out to Heart It Out for support across multiple platforms.- Support the team at Heart It Out to improve and maintain timely communications.- Follow up with clients for payments, tracking offline appointments and updating invoices.- Handle refund, session rescheduling, session booking, sharing links.- Delegate work to respective departments based on outbound communications.- Provide a kind and non-judgmental space to people who are reaching out to Heart It Out seeking mental health care and services.- Track all communications on phone, whats-app and google my business.- Answer queries related to session, therapists available, their profile and support with booking.

This is an Internship position at Heart It Out.
- Working hours: 8 hours of work per day for 5 days a week (weekly offs rotate/change every month).- This role has two rotational shifts (shifts rotate every month): Morning (8am to 4pm) and Evening shift (4pm to 9pm)Stipend would be Rs 10,000 per month
