- At Nova, we're looking to create and own the employee wellness category. In a short span of 15 months, we've built an outstanding team, achieved product-market fit and become the first Insure-tech company to secure an IRDAI Insurance broking license. The difference? We see ourselves in the business of improving employee happiness instead of insurance and as such more an HR Tech company. Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Computer Science, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). We are backed by top global and regional VC's such as Bessemer Venture Partners, SIG, Better Capital, Titan Capital and Multiply Ventures.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Helping the internal claims team in following up with the clients to complete the claims process and collecting feedback.
- Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed individual metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
**Requirements/good to have**:
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Insurance industry work experience will be preferred
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
