**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an entry-level **Customer Support Intern** to join our team and embark on an exciting journey of learning and growth. This role is ideal for college students or anyone eager to gain hands-on experience in customer support, with an entry-level stipend.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound calls from our partners, assisting them in resolving their queries efficiently.
- Take and analyze complaints, then escalate them to the relevant team members for resolution.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Graduation or 12th pass.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Strong team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with partners.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Possession of a personal laptop and internet connection.
- Basic computer operating skills.
- Knowledge of finance and affiliate marketing is a plus.
