**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand the customer base across India.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess market trends.
- Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers through cold calling, meetings, and other sales techniques.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
- Prepare and present sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with customers and close sales deals.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in the development of product knowledge materials and sales presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- **Associate Degree** or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in achieving targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to close sales deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
