Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management:

- Identify and prospect potential clients or customers to expand the business's customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand the industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and lead generation process.
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales performance to adjust strategies as needed.

2. Marketing Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Create and maintain promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling marketing content.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies for improved performance.
- Monitor social media platforms, websites, and other channels for brand promotion.
- Organize and participate in marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and seminars.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely updates on services or product deliveries.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products or services.

4. Collaboration and Reporting:

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maximize results.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and market trends to senior management.
- Assist in setting pricing strategies based on market analysis and customer feedback.

5. Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
- Manage contracts, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in a similar industry.
- Skills:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales performance.
