**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **marketing strategies** to promote products/services.
- Identify potential customers and generate **high-quality leads**.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive **sales and brand awareness**.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify **new opportunities**.
- Achieve **monthly sales and marketing targets** to earn performance-based incentives.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging **content, promotions, and campaigns**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Business, or a related field** (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development**.
- Strong knowledge of **digital marketing, social media, and lead generation**.
- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills**.
- Self-motivated and **able to work independently** from home.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM tools, and online marketing platforms** (preferred).
