Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US and Europe exhibition markets.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and trade show participation.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the design and production teams.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and foster repeat business.
  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to produce region-specific marketing materials (case studies, emailers, social media content, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Manage CRM tools and marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing and reporting.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the exhibition, trade show, or event industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and international client management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in tools like CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of international trade show calendars and regional industry events is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to coordinate across different time zones.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely or independently.
  • Previous experience working with clients in industries such as tech, healthcare, automotive, or consumer goods exhibiting at major US and European trade shows (e.g., CES, Hannover Messe, IFA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with design/build processes of exhibition booths.

Ability to travel occasionally to attend exhibitions and meet clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
