**Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (EdTech)About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and user acquisition for the GKIT EduTech app.
- Engage with potential customers (parents and students) to understand their educational needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our Math and Science courses.
- Generate new leads through various channels, including digital marketing, school partnerships, and community outreach programs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the GKIT EduTech app.
- Drive user installations from the Play Store and convert them into paying customers for our tuition courses.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product and content teams to provide valuable feedback from customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the EdTech or education sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a strong belief in the power of technology to transform learning.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
