Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Acquisition:
- Actively engage in the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Reach out to potential clients to introduce fabric products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the fabrics.
2. **Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
3. **Sales Targets**:
- Set and meet individual sales targets to contribute to overall team and company goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
4. **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay well-informed about the specifications, uses, and advantages of different fabric products.
- Provide detailed product information to clients and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
5. **Market Awareness**:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
- Use market insights to position fabric products effectively.
6. **Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports for review by sales management.
7. **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and responsiveness.
- Seek feedback from clients and use it to enhance the customer experience.
