**Outlet Captain** - ( Multitasking ) will oversee the daily activity of the outlet, such as - product quality ,food safety, production process and cashiering, cleanliness of the outlet. You will be responsible for maintaining high standard customer service, suggestive selling, follow the SOPs at outlet ,
- Ensures proper appearance (condition of uniforms) and grooming whilst on duty.
- Timely set up of the assigned outlet, according to the opening hours.
- Responsible for Cleanliness of the outlet
- Front area, Counter, Kitchen floor, Equipment’s etc.
- Welcome the customer with greeting upon arrival and Thank you upon Exit
- Maintains a professional / courteous relationship with the customer.
- Communicates directly with guests i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments.
- Makes himself / herself familiar with all menus, promotions, and other relevant issues concerning the outlet (product knowledge).
- To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to customer and colleagues
- Reports maintenance issues to the Supervisor.
- Responsible for all sales report -safe keep of Sales cash.
- Responsible of maintaining record for all expenses
- Handles guest complaints as per instructions or consults the Supervisor immediately.
- Familiar with the company’s internal policies and safety procedures
- To adhere to rules and regulations at all times.
- To participate in any Training/Developments schemes as recommended by Supervisor.
- To ensure that the standards required by Law and by Management are maintained at all times in the areas specified above.
- **Required skills to be successful**
- Preferred 1 year of experience in related field
- Minimum secondary education ( understand Basic Hindi and English can read and write )
- Basic customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and attention to details

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
