**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate information, solutions, or alternative options.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in our support system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and system updates.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping people.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience supporting [industry-specific tools, e.g., FMCG, e-commerce, ].
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot.
