**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Introduce and promote our products/services to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
- Stay informed about product/service updates and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively present and explain products/services over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of self-motivation and a positive attitude.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Graduation/ diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
