
Field Sales and Marketing Representative

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development & Client Engagement**:
- Generate new business opportunities through client visits and field marketing activities.
- Arrange and conduct a minimum of 5 fixed meetings with business owners per month.
- Collect and maintain contact details (visiting cards) of all prospects and clients met during field visits.
- **Market & Product Analysis**:
- Conduct detailed analysis of company products, promotional material, and customer responses.
- Track and analyze competitor strategies to identify market opportunities and threats.
- **Reporting & Data Management**:
- Maintain daily data sheets and prepare analysis reports of marketing and sales activities.
- Provide timely updates on client interactions, meetings, and progress.
- **Daily Coordination & Planning**:
- Participate in daily morning meetings with the owner/management for work planning.
- Share outcomes, follow-ups, and strategy updates during evening review meetings.
- **Execution of Assigned Duties**:
- Carry out all tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure targets and deadlines are consistently met through disciplined fieldwork and strategic planning.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field marketing, field sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and competitor trends.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM software.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
