**Sales and Marketing Representative**

**Position**: Sales and Marketing Representative

**Reports to**: Sales Manager / Marketing Manager

**Key Responsibilities:Sales Duties**:

- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market for mosquito nets, window blinds, and curtains.
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers, explaining the features, benefits, and usage of the product range.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

**Marketing Duties**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote mosquito nets, window blinds, and curtains to target customers.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to showcase products and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competition trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, and advertisements.

**Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in home improvement or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, including CRM software and social media platforms.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
