As we expand our footprint in the Pune market, we are looking for a dynamic and skilled **Pre-Sales Executive** to join our team at our **Pashan** location.
**Job Overview**:
As a **Pre-Sales Executive**, you will play a critical role in generating leads, understanding customer needs, and providing relevant property solutions. You will work closely with the **Sales** and **Marketing** teams to drive business growth and ensure the seamless conversion of leads into prospective clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**: Identify and qualify potential leads through **market research**, online portals, and **cold calling**.
- **Customer Interaction**: Understand client requirements and offer personalized **property solutions** tailored to their needs.
- **Presentations & Demos**: Deliver **product presentations**, **site tours**, and **property demonstrations** to prospects.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the **sales team** to create and update sales materials, presentations, and brochures.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients to maintain relationships and close deals.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated with **industry trends**, competitor activities, and local market conditions to provide informed recommendations to clients.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- **2-3 years of experience** in **pre-sales**, **real estate sales**, or a related role in the **real estate industry**.
- Strong **communication** and **interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide **customized solutions**.
- **Good understanding of real estate markets**, particularly in Pune.
- Experience in **CRM tools** and lead management.
- **Problem-solving skills** and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to handle **multiple priorities** and tasks effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
