**Company Profile**:A boutique wealth management/investment advisory company is looking for a new team member to expand and manage its ever growing operations. It deal in mutual funds, direct stocks, ULIP and structured products. The company in managed by 4 ex IIMs and IIT graduates, who have worked in the industry for decades. Thus, they bring extensive expertise in both equity and Fixed income markets.

**Responsibilities**:
**Supporting Back-office Operations**
- Processing of new client & set up client in MFU/BSE STAR, carrying out client KYC
- Execution of Transaction on MF Utility/BSE STAR Platform
- Interfacing with our various partners such as Mutual Fund companies, insurance companies, CAMS/ Karvy etc.
- Managing the Investwell software that maintains customer portfolio and AUM reconciliation.
- Timely reconciliation of transaction, brokerage.
- Coordinating with RTAs for respective AMC and smooth order processing.
- Preparing the different types of reports as required by the management at regular intervals.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Rebalancing of client’s portfolio as and when required and learning to explain the rationale for rebalancing
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently

**Office Timings**:
Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays working

**Salary**:
30k to 60k

**Location**:
Near J B Nagar Metro Station, Andheri East (Kindly check the travel time before applying).
