This is a full-time contract role for a dynamic investment team.

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Executive Assistant to provide dedicated on-site support to senior investment professionals.

  • Manage calendars and administrative tasks for senior executives.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support for remote executives.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of executive support experience in multinational companies.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing at least 3 calendars.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will work alongside senior executives at a renowned investment manager and build professional networks among finance professionals.
