Key Responsibilities:
- Updating the investors register for investment funds under management.
- Collecting subscription documents and Know Your Customer (KYC) information from new investors.
- Liaising with the compliance department regarding investor acceptance processes.
- Coordinating with external service providers and stakeholders on register and transfer agent activities.
- Monitoring the investors register and updating missing or expired KYC information for investors.
