Job Title: Admin Executive
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

Assist in the creation, review, and processing of purchase orders.

Maintain accurate records of POs and ensure timely follow-ups.

Handle bill submissions and proper documentation for financial transactions.

Coordinate with the finance and accounts team to ensure timely processing of invoices and resolve any finance-related discrepancies.

Follow up with clients for invoice payments and update the status in Tally.

Provide backup support for day-to-day administrative activities, including scheduling meetings and organizing documents.

Maintain organized records and databases for administrative purposes, ensuring all data entries are up-to-date and accessible.

Graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles is preferred.

Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage paperwork effectively.

Strong customer service skills and a professional approach to communication.

Proficiency in MIS reporting and Tally software.

Ability to maintain smooth communication flow and resolve queries efficiently.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
