**Qualification**: Graduate, Diploma in Aviation/Hospitality preferred

**To attend to the guests of the Chairman**

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Greeting and escorting the guests on Arrival
- Assist in supervision of administrative tasks including demonstrating and explaining any relevant activity requested.
- Able to remain calm and patience.
- Handle Calls and guest queries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage the food and beverage service to consistently meet high standards
- Assist in arranging official meetings and conferences.
- To be warm, friendly and courteous to guests
To serve F&B.
To assist guests immediately if they have any problems with the services provided
Maintains excellent grooming standards at all time
- Interaction with Employees and Senior Professional

**Behavioural Skills-**
- Should have a pleasing personality
- Focused, Perseverant, Foresighted, Effective Communicator.
- Hospitality background preferred.
