We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service, coordinating property visits, and building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Handle inquiries, schedule site/property visits, and provide necessary information.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns effectively.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Represent the company with professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
