Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote [your company's products/services].
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of [your company's products/services] and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- **Objections Handling**: Address customer objections and concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
