Key Responsibilities
- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline.
- **Customer Engagement**: Understand customer needs, provide product information, and address inquiries effectively.
- **Sales Closure**: Utilize persuasive communication to close sales and achieve targets.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the sales and product teams.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align sales strategies.

Required Qualifications
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi;
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
