Join Our Team as a Female Telesales

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls to promote our services.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a database of customer information and call logs.
- Follow up with leads and close sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Increase the number of new client acquisitions through effective sales calls.
- Enhance client satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephonic sales.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Persuasive and results-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a similar telephonic sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
