
Executive Assistant/office Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain daily task lists, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, team members, and clients to complete assigned work.
- Prepare letters, quotations, and reports using **MS Word** and **Excel**.
- Keep records organized — both digital and physical.
- Support in preparing meeting notes, minutes, and action follow-ups.
- Manage small office-related admin work as and when needed.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Excellent follow-up and coordination skills** — must be consistent and reliable.
- Working knowledge of **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**.
- Good **command over English** (spoken and written).
- **Graduate**, preferably from a **Secretarial College**.
- **Shorthand** skills will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience as an **Office Coordinator / Admin Executive / Executive Assistant** preferred.
**Experience**:
- Minimum **3-7 years** of experience in office coordination or admin roles.
**Personality Fit**:
- Disciplined and well-organized.
- Persistent in follow-ups and completing work on time.
- Good at communication and coordination.
- Can handle multiple tasks independently.
**Compensation**:
- Salary as per experience and skill level.
