Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator who can handle follow-ups, office coordination, and day-to-day administrative work efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, working knowledge of MS Office, and a steady record of handling coordination or admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily task lists, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, team members, and clients to complete assigned work.
- Prepare letters, quotations, and reports using MS Word and Excel.
- Keep records organized — both digital and physical.
- Draft and send professional emails, reminders, and follow-up messages.
- Support in preparing meeting notes, minutes, and action follow-ups.
- Manage small office-related admin work as and when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills — must be consistent and reliable.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good command over English (spoken and written).
- Graduate, preferably from a Secretarial College.
- Shorthand skills will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience as an Office Coordinator / Admin Executive / Executive Assistant preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in office coordination or admin roles.
Personality Fit:
- Disciplined and well-organized.
- Persistent in follow-ups and completing work on time.
- Good at communication and coordination.
- Can handle multiple tasks independently.
Compensation:
- Salary as per experience and skill level.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,834.90 per month
