**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Create, manage, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Provide administrative support to the back office team.
- Handle data entry, record maintenance, and document filing.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office activities and operations.
- Ensure efficient communication and collaboration within the back office.
- Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
- Collaborate with finance for seamless processing of invoices and payments.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.
- Keep stakeholders informed about the status of procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of purchase transactions.
- Prepare reports on procurement metrics, cost savings, and back-office activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement and back-office coordination roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and back-office software.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
